Operations
The RHS board can expand to 15 members. Meetings are held on the third Monday of the month at 9:30 a.m. on Zoom, with quarterly in-person meetings.
Board members are elected for three-year terms, with the requirement to take a one-year leave after two consecutive terms.
Who are we looking for?
Our goal is to gather a group energized volunteers who are passionate about our mission and represent diverse professions, cultures, religions, ages, and skills. We have many members of our local community on the board but are not limited geographically. Candidates with fundraising experience, accounting/financial skills, publicity/social media, a background in education or HR, and general museum/non-profit experience are recommended to reach out.
